Provide you with the Platform features and its contents, fulfil our contract with you, such as fulfilling orders, facilitating refunds, providing offers, products or services and any other information; manage your preferences; answer requests for customer or technical support, communicate product/order-related information, activities on our Services, and policy changes.

3. Speed up your searches.

Who Do We Share Information With?

We will share your business information in ways that are described in this Section.

1. To our key shareholders, Board, subsidiaries and the Group for our administrative purposes, including activities such as IT management, for them to provide services to you or support and supplement the services we provide.
2. To contractors, logistics partners, measurement companies, service providers, and other third parties we engage with to provide the Platform and its services.
3. To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, due diligence, financing, acquisition, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Roposo Vyapaar assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which information held by Roposo Vyapaar about the Platform users is among the assets transferred.
4. If we, in good faith, believe doing so is required or appropriate to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to law enforcement authorities and legal advisors or to respond to any government, national security, or regulatory request, or legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety; or assist with an investigation or prosecution of suspected or actual illegal activity.
5. To execute our obligations and enforce our rights arising from or in relation to any contracts including with respect to billing, collection, disputes.
6. If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Roposo Vyapaar, its Group, our customers, or others.

International Transfers

We may share your information with our service providers and other third parties described above who are based in countries outside of your country of residence. While some countries may not have data protection laws that are equivalent to those of the country in which you reside, we will take all reasonable measures to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and all applicable legal requirements.
